Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This policy explains how Best Fly Today (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal information when you use this website, send us an enquiry or request a booking. We are committed to handling your information fairly and in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Best Fly Today is a travel agency based at 1st Floor, Worship Square, 65 Clifton Street, London, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal information you give us through this website. You can contact us by phone on +44 20 3642 9666, by email at ap2463739@gmail.com, or through our Contact Us page.

2. Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our forms, by phone, email or WhatsApp:

  • Your name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number.
  • Travel details such as destination, departure airport, travel dates, cabin class and number of passengers.
  • Hotel requirements, preferred contact method and time, and any message or special request you add.
  • A booking reference if you contact us about an existing booking.

Please only share passport or payment details when a consultant asks for them to complete a confirmed booking — our website forms never ask for this information.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and send you quotes for flights and hotels.
  • To make and manage bookings you ask us to make with airlines and hotels.
  • To send you a confirmation email with a copy of your request.
  • To keep records needed for accounting, legal and customer-service purposes.

4. Our legal basis

We use your information because you have asked us to (your consent, which you give on our forms), because it is needed to provide the quote or booking you have requested (taking steps to enter into a contract), and to meet our legal obligations. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary:

  • With airlines, hotels and travel suppliers, so they can provide the booking you have requested.
  • With our email provider (Google), which delivers the messages sent from our website forms.
  • Where we are required to by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and booking records for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. After that, we securely delete them.

7. Cookies and third-party content

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Pages may load content from Google (such as fonts and the map on our contact page), which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. If we introduce advertising or analytics cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
